Orders

How long does delivery take?+

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available at checkout for most pin codes.

Can I track my order?+

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track from My Account → Orders.

Do you ship across India?+

We ship to 27,000+ pin codes across India. Enter your pin code on the product page to check availability.

Returns

What is your return policy?+

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Electrical parts and custom orders are non-returnable.

How do I initiate a return?+

Go to My Account → Orders → select the order → click Request Return. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2 business days.

Products

Are all your products genuine?+

Yes. We source directly from authorised distributors and OEM suppliers. Every product listing includes the brand and part number for verification.

Will this part fit my car?+

Use the car finder at the top of any product page to filter by make, model, and year. If you are unsure, WhatsApp us with your RC details and we will confirm fitment before you order.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, EMI (via Razorpay), and cash on delivery for eligible orders.

Is it safe to pay on your website?+

Yes. All payments are processed via Razorpay which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details.
